Greenlight Resources is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to support manufacturing and customer quality concerns on the production floor in Willis, TX. You will lead investigations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes GD&T accuracy, data analysis, and adherence to ISO/IATF standards, with exposure to automotive quality tools and practices. A strong problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments will excel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing quality.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Solid GD&T and mechanical drawing knowledge.
• Experience with ISO standards and quality core tools: APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/8D.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer quality concerns, claims, and requests.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality investigations.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Support sorting, containment, and inspection activities.
• Maintain accurate quality records and reporting.
• Participate in internal audits and support ISO/IATF compliance.
