Job summary

The role starts hands-on, with a planned progression to Quality Manager within about six months, leading a small team and driving continuous improvement across the product line.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering within aerospace/manufacturing environments.
• Strong RCCA/8D, 5 Why, and CAPA skills.
• Experience with supplier quality and NCR management.
• Familiarity with AS9100/AS9102 and PPAP/FMEA processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality engineering resource for RCCA and NCR investigations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customers, and suppliers to ensure quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement within the product line.
• Learn the product line and transition to Quality Manager in about six months.
• Lead a team of direct reports once promoted to Quality Manager.
