Job summary

Neeltran Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Connecticut and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS). You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement across design, manufacturing, and supply chain.

This role leads root cause investigations, CAPA, maintains quality documentation, and supports audits, inspections, testing, and reporting to assure products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in engineering and/or quality roles.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO certification processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, CSA C88, IEEE C57, N299.2; IEC knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD; ERP/MRP systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Develop and maintain inspection, testing, and quality control plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design Engineering, Manufacturing and Field Service to improve processes.
• Support audits, documentation control, and quality reporting.
