Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Quality Engineer to perform professional quality engineering and support the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet customer and company standards. The role includes handling ESD/board handling, IPC compliance, and documentation review to ensure proper materials inspection and testing.

You will participate in corrective actions, lean initiatives, and training related to IPC and ISO requirements, while liaising with customers on quality issues and performing internal ISO

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a quality organization working preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma methodologies preferred.
• US citizenship required due to ITAR/CUI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ESD requirements and Board Handling.
• Review manufacturing documentation to ensure proper materials inspection and testing provisions.
• Support calibration and equipment databases to ensure compliance with customer requirements, FDA regulations & ISO specifications.
• Support Corrective Action/Preventive Action initiatives via 7-step problem solving and follow-up.
• Support Lean and Shingo initiatives with team participation and metric development.
