Neeltran Inc. seeks a Quality Engineer to support the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our transformer products meet the highest quality standards. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership to sustain safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead audits, manage documentation, and implement corrective actions while promoting a culture of operational excellence and process control across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering and/or quality experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO certification processes.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 9001, CSA C88, IEEE C57, N299.2; IEC standards knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) leadership and keep it compliant with ISO 9001, N299.2, and customer requirements.
• Drive root cause investigations, CAPA, and verification of effectiveness.
• Develop, maintain, and control quality documentation, procedures, and records.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and reporting for transformer manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and maintenance to improve procedures.
