Jobot is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead site-level QC activities in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will design and maintain quality plans, support ISO 9001 conformance, and act as the quality representative in audits and improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, RCCA leadership, and collaboration across functions to promote continuous improvement and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QC and quality improvements in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 (AS9100 is a plus) and QMS principles.
• Strong data analytics to drive KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-level QC leadership for audits and ISO 9001 conformance.
• Design, implement, and maintain QC plans and inspection systems.
• Oversee quality throughout the value stream and support RCCA processes.
