Job summary

Applied Materials seeks a senior quality professional to lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing. You will manage multi-project plans, drive kaizen events, and coordinate 8D investigations to resolve complex issues and improve overall quality performance.

You will mentor teams on CAPA processes, monitor metrics, and partner with engineering and operations to sustain manufacturing excellence and compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality improvement projects
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 standards and internal quality governance
• Ability to mentor teams and drive continuous improvement
• Strong collaboration with engineering and operations to address root causes

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead quality improvement project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams through kaizen events and 8D investigations.
• Conduct and document internal quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate CAPA activities and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance and report metrics to executive management.
