Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial or manufacturing quality roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with internal quality audits and QMS.
• Ability to lift 70–82 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new launch activity with customers and PPAP packets.
• Provide oversight for supplier quality assurance and audits.
• Lead quality team members and assist in hiring and coaching.
• Travel to review supplier processes and quality buyoffs.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
