Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality Management System across a diverse portfolio. The role embeds quality into processes from inception to execution and supports auditing internal operations, suppliers, and project activities.

The ideal candidate has senior-level QA experience in regulated or engineering environments, with Lead Auditor exposure and knowledge of ISO 9001 and NQA-1. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Auditing internal operations, suppliers, and project activities.
• Lead Auditor experience preferred.
• Familiarity with quality standards (10 CFR Part 21/50, ISO 9001, NQA-1) desired.
• Ability to read engineering documents and enforce quality requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform internal and supplier audits and surveillances.
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and task orders for quality requirements flow-down.
• Review and improve quality procedures supporting the QMS and projects.
• Prepare, issue, and manage Corrective Action Reports with effectiveness verification.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations to resolve quality issues.
