This is an onsite role located in Princeton, Indiana. The position is primarily scheduled on first shift; however, occasional schedule flexibility is required to support operational needs and provide coverage across shifts.
Purpose: Provide support and planning for implementation of Quality System. Serve as Project Manager for all new projects and Lead Auditor. Provide support of Supplier Quality Assurance. Perform Capability Analysis on supplier parts and plant processes. Maintain communication with project stakeholders and hold project meetings.
Analytical Ability:
Statistical process control skills preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of TS 16949. Experience in planning and implementing internal quality system audits.
Communication Ability:
Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary business-related information to which entrusted.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office products required, primarily Excel and Powerpoint.
Education and Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in an industrial environment.
Management Experience:
Experience in project management.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 70-82lbs.
