Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience directly supporting a production line, cleanroom, or hardware manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments, contamination control, and ES D control protocols.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings (GD&T, optical prints, schematics, CAD).
• Experience with mechanical inspection tools (optical microscopes, calipers, XRF, CMM).
• Knowledge of quality management standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with MRB, material containment, and RCCA methodologies.
• Strong detail orientation and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MRB process for the site.
• Conduct detailed inspections to verify non-conforming parts against specs.
• Lead RCCA investigations to prevent recurring quality escapes.
• Assist on timely material disposition to minimize delays and inventory costs.
• Promote awareness of quality requirements and continuous improvement.
