Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3+ years of experience directly supporting a production line, cleanroom, or hardware manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments, contamination control, and ESD‑control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the site MRB process.
• Perform detailed inspections to verify non‑conforming parts against engineering specs.
• Lead RCCA investigations to prevent recurring quality escapes.
• Support material dispositioning to minimize delays and inventory costs.
• Promote awareness of quality requirements and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Support training activities related to quality processes and QMS requirements.
• Propose and review QA policies and procedures with quality engineering.
• Review continuous improvement projects for productivity and quality gains.
• Support calibration by recalls and managing calibration data with third‑party services.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Dive into data analysis to identify trends and variations affecting quality.
• Develop inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and verification activities.
