Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in quality audits and regulatory compliance; ISO 9001:2015 preferred.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and use of statistical software (Minitab, JMP).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Willing to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality assurance procedures ensuring compliance with standards.
• Perform regular audits of production processes/products to identify deviations.
• Serve as liaison between customer, operations, engineering and business teams.
• Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on quality performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, customer and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
• Lead projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
