Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to develop and improve quality systems across modular fabrication operations.

You will lead PFMEA efforts, control plan creation, and SPC-based process validation to prevent defects and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. You will partner with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to drive risk mitigation, improve manufacturability of drawings, and maintain ISO 9001 alignment while

Qualifications

• PFMEA methodology and control plan development.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturability.
• Statistical analysis and process capability studies.
• Root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• ISO 9001 familiarity and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead PFMEA development and maintenance across production.
• Create and maintain control plans and inspection strategies.
• Analyze production data and monitor quality KPIs.
• Support field and internal audits and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production on process improvements.
• Assist with supplier quality investigations and inspections.
