Job summary

Atlantic Constructors seeks a QA/QC Specialist – Electrical to support quality assurance and control for electrical assemblies, fabricated units, and shop production. The role ensures work aligns with drawings, project specifications, standards, and codes, identifying deficiencies early and documenting final inspection before shipment.

In the modular shop environment, you will collaborate with production, supervision, engineering, and shipping to maintain quality, reduce rework, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical work, fabrication, installation, or related trade environment.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes, inspections, and documentation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify incomplete work or quality issues.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical standards, code requirements, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of electrical assemblies and fabricated units to verify compliance with drawings and standards.
• Review wiring diagrams, panel layouts, BOMs, and project documentation for accuracy.
• Verify proper installation and labeling of electrical components prior to final release.
• Inspect workmanship to ensure products meet project requirements and company expectations.
• Maintain inspection records, quality reports, punch items, and checklists.
