Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Project Coordinator to support modular manufacturing projects from award through engineering, procurement, fabrication, integration, testing, shipment, and closeout.

The role acts as a central coordinator among Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and customers, maintaining project records and tracking deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget, and contract-compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in project coordination, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to read and understand project schedules, drawings, specifications, proposals, and contractual documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Procore or a comparable project-management platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in executing assigned projects from turnover through closeout.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings and document decisions, responsibilities, and action items.
• Maintain project records, correspondence, drawings, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and approvals in Procore.
• Assist with developing and maintaining project execution plans, milestone schedules, action logs, and responsibility matrices.
• Track engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, customer, and site deliverables against required dates.
• Follow up with responsible parties to ensure commitments are completed and escalated risks before they affect the project.
