Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure all project phases, from inception to turnover, meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with subcontractors, teams, and suppliers to drive corrective actions and prevent non-conformances, ensuring safe, compliant installations and documentation. The role emphasizes site audits, witnessing tests, and detailed review of construction documents, with travel as needed and a focus on MEP systems in data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Previous experience in Construction Project Management focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering (MEP) systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Capture and share lessons learned with suppliers and project teams.
• Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover activities.
• Recommend effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues.
• Attend factory witness tests for OFCI and CFCI equipment and systems.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify, resolve, and implement solutions to quality issues.
• Provide Quality Control by reviewing Construction Documents for errors and omissions.
• Generate startup reports to document equipment readiness.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and control systems testing and submit all related documentation.
• Conduct routine job site audits and site walks to ensure quality installations, compliance with codes, and adherence to safety requirements.
• Attend required safety training and comply with company and site safety regulations and requirements.
