Job summary

1X in Hayward, California, is seeking a Quality Engineer, Manufacturing to develop and improve manufacturing quality systems for humanoid robots. This role is highly cross-functional, focusing on hardware engineering, manufacturing operations, and product reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting electromechanical hardware testing or manufacturing quality environments.
• Experience with PFMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, and statistical analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with PCBA testing and end-of-line manufacturing test systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing quality strategies.
• Analyze production and test station data to identify yield loss drivers.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate quality checks into workflows.
