Job summary

1X is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support production processes for their humanoid robots in Hayward, California. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues to achieve efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable communicating across teams. The position offers an hourly rate of $30 to $50 plus equity, alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, or wire harness production.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical production issues.
• Comfort interpreting work instructions and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and sustain manufacturing processes for mechanical assemblies.
• Drive improvements in scrap and rework through troubleshooting.
• Validate engineering changes through inspections.

Skills

Hands-on experience in manufacturing
