Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Sustainment Quality (ESQ) Customer Integration team is seeking a dedicated professional to support the implementation of a quality management system that ensures the quality of Sustainment products and services.

You will align with Sustainment Operations partners, drive continuous process improvement, standardize processes to improve efficiency, and help convey results to internal and external customers while upholding a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Develop presentations and present to senior-level management.
• Audit process and procedures, drive corrective measures, ensure regulatory/compliance requirements are met.
• Contribute to developing process performance metrics.
• Explore new stakeholder relationships and develop mutually beneficial solutions.
• Operate within a Culture of Accountability.
• Engage with immediate team members and some external contacts.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to develop presentations and present to senior-level management
• Ability to audit process and procedures, drive corrective measures, and assure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Contribute to developing process performance metrics
• Willingness to explore new stakeholder relationships and develop mutually beneficial solutions
• Motivation to operate within a Culture of Accountability
• Engages with immediate team members and some external contacts
• Must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills

• Experience in developing BOEs
• Experience in any of the following disciplines: Program Management, Engineering, Sustainment, Supply Chain, and Contracting
• Experience activating field support sites
• Advanced user experience in metric development, database, and workflow tools
• Green Belt certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
