Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative to ensure product quality across delivery, maintenance, modification, and disposal phases. You will interpret governance requirements and measure sustainment performance in operational environments.

Responsibilities include enforcing standards, designing inspection/test processes, driving corrective actions, and coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment teams to uphold quality and contractual

Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level degree or higher or equivalent training/certifications.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve process issues from simple to complex.
  • Organize and track multiple activities and prioritize tasks.
  • Proactively review and apply specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Basic understanding of audit techniques.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 times per year.

You will be the Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative for the Sustainment Quality Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout delivery, maintenance, modification, and disposal phases.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative you will be responsible for providing product quality support in operational environments, interpreting governance requirements, and measuring sustainment performance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

Basic Qualifications
  • Technical degree at the Bachelor level or above,or equivalent specialty training, certifications and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, Contracts
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and track multiple activities, and prioritize tasks based on importance
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively review, interpret and apply specifications to determine compliance with requirements
  • Demonstrated basic understanding of audit techniques
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Ability to travel: 2-3 times per year
Desired Skills
  • Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 15Y - AH-64 Armament / Electrical / Avionics System Repairer Advanced Individual Training Graduate
  • Experience in Electrical Production floor level Quality Assurance testing and inspection processes and procedures, and electronics systems testing and integration support
  • Experience with optics rework and repair, harness rework and repair, Circuit Card Assembly (SMT and plated through) rework and repair, aircraft structure modifications, rework and repairs
  • J-STD-001 and IPC-7711/7721 certification and inspection experience
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis tools and Corrective Action Planning
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and processes
  • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T)
  • Experience with calibration, soldering, cable and harness fabrication
  • Experience working with Government customers
Manufacturing Skills Instructor Experience

Strong knowledge of Industry recognized Quality systems such as International (ISO), Aerospace (AS)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
