Job summary

This onsite role emphasizes Six Sigma, Lean, documentation, audits, and cross-functional collaboration, with up to 50% travel. A relevant degree plus 3+ years of experience and Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control and reading drawings.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, SPC, and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement and problem solving using Six Sigma and Lean.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement actions.
• Interpret engineering drawings and quality standards (AISC, ASTM, AWS).
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and customers to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain quality processes, metrics, control plans and docs.
• Support audits, customer reviews, supplier evaluations and new product launches.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
