Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical University/College degree required.
• Experience: At least 2 years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve quality control processes with responsibility for high level product quality.
• Lead continuous improvement, lean projects and generate high level of supplier performance.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality standard, documented procedures, quality requirements.
• Responsible for handling customer claims, NCRs, SDRs, QSWs and audit findings.
