The role focuses on obstacle removal, performance metrics, and standard work creation, reporting to the Lean Manager. It requires travel up to 5% and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires a demonstrated understanding of Lean principles and methodology.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• The ability to speak in front of a group of co-workers or visitors is essential.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach Lean / 5S events and Standard Work events; coordinate Lean activities and act as liaison between teams and management.
• Calculate and maintain Lean-related measures and communicate data to relevant personnel.
• Create and update Standard Work and deliver weekly/monthly updates to the Lean Manager.
