Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/quality roles.
• Lean Six Sigma CQE or Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and inspection techniques.
• Experience with ISO 9001 audits and supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with operations and engineering to facilitate problem-solving and corrective actions.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify sources of variation impacting quality, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain quality procedures, corrective actions, and supplier quality for new products/suppliers.
• Gather and report quality data to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead DFMEA/PFMEA, create control plans for processes with embedded controls.
• Support NCMR, PPAPs, and MSAs as required.
• Define and monitor incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections and related tests.
