Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• QA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for customer-facing issues and projects.
• Perform supplier audits per QMS requirements.
• Execute improvement plans from surveys and SCAR/CAPA.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive operations improvements.
• Write processing work instructions with teammates.
• Assist in managing the calibration program.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Monitor production to identify defects early.
• Inspect materials and electrical systems for durability.
• Identify root causes and recommend fixes.
• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
• Set and track QA goals, e.g., reduce turnaround time by 20%.
• Coordinate with external QA auditors and technicians.
• Work with teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
