Job summary

Analog Technologies Corp. in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain and improve the Quality Management System under the guidance of the Quality Manager.

You will leverage MES/ERP data, drive corrective actions, and lead cross-functional continuous improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and reporting. A strong background in electronics manufacturing and Lean concepts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or ASQ certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing processes and standards.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and implementation.
• Ability to interpret documents, drawings, and specifications precisely.
• Experience with SPC, RCA, FMEA, PFMEA, DMAIC, PPAP and Gage R&R.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System under direction of the Quality Manager.
• Lead corrective actions, root cause analysis and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Audit internal QMS processes and ensure compliance with IPC/industry standards.
• Utilize MES/ERP data to prepare reports for customers and management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Materials to ensure product quality.
