Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Zeiss equipment and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Ability to interpret and apply GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality department and ensure compliance with all quality management processes and procedures.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop quality personnel to build a high-performing quality team.
• Establish and maintain inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality standards for products and processes.
• Utilize CMM, Zeiss equipment, and precision measuring tools to perform and validate inspections.
• Drive CAPA for internal issues, customer complaints, and audit findings.
• Manage nonconforming product processes, including documentation, disposition, and follow-up actions.
• Support and lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of audit findings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Use ERP systems to document, track, and report quality data, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and SPC.
