Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of quality engineering experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100, AS9110/AS9120, FAA/EASA regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools and quality software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes compliant with aerospace standards.
• Perform inspections of raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished products.
• Coordinate FAI inspections per AS9102 requirements.
• Analyze data and investigations to identify non-conformances; drive CAPA.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers on quality improvements.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma or Kaizen initiatives to improve processes.
• Audit supplier performance and manage quality-related documentation.
