Job summary

Parker Hannifin Parflex Division is hiring a Quality Engineer II to ensure the delivery of high-quality products through testing, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. The role blends hands-on testing with planning, light automation, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in quality analysis or software testing (manual or automated).
• ASQ certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods and quality engineering principles.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing.
• Proficient with standard business software and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements to create site-level quality plans and acceptance criteria.
• Deploy and govern PQP tools and quality procedures at the site.
• Lead creation or updating of FMEAs, Control Plans, and work instructions.
• Perform MSA activities and support calibration compliance.
• Audit and improve inspection reporting and data integrity.
• Lead containment and cross-functional root-cause investigations; drive CAPA.
• Analyze site quality using SPC and KPI dashboards; drive improvements.
• Maintain site QMS documentation and prepare for audits.
• Plan and lead internal audits; represent site in external audits.
