Job summary

Trex Company seeks a dedicated quality educator and auditor to support all shifts across processes. You will lead daily and weekly audits, maintain documentation, and develop training for new and updated equipment and processes.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical aptitude, and the ability to coordinate trials and first articles while driving continuous improvement in quality systems.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and weekly quality audits and report results to leadership.
• Auditing of samples and equipment; replenish as needed.
• Develop and deliver training for new and updated processes/equipment.
• Maintain quality documentation and training records.
• Coordinate first articles and trial runs for new products.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.
• Provide coaching to quality technicians and ensure standardized work.
