Job summary

InvestedintheMission seeks a Quality Engineer II to safeguard product quality from development to delivery. You’ll drive CAPA, CI initiatives, and establish robust QA processes.

You will coordinate with QA technicians, perform PPAPs, participate in PRR, and lead data-driven investigations to reduce defects and improve process capability. Strong knowledge of ISO/AS9100 and GD&T is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s with 3+ years’ experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:AS9100, AS9102; audits and quality standards.
• Solid understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with Quality Technicians and inspectors.
• Provide internal auditing support and CAPA; drive corrective action.
• Participate in PRR and Final Inspection activities.
• Lead data analysis to reduce defects and improve processes.
• Perform PPAPs and ensure NPI/first article inspection compliance.
• Review engineering specs to ensure quality and reliability requirements.
