Qualifications

• Interprets customer, regulatory, and Parker PQP requirements and translates them into site-level quality plans, controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Owns deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures at the site; drives corrective actions for gaps.
• Performs MSA activities (e.g., gage R&R) and supports calibration compliance.
• Establishes inspection reporting requirements and data integrity controls; analyzes inspection outcomes and communicates insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer, regulatory, and Parker PQP requirements; translate into site-level quality plans and acceptance criteria.
• Deploy and govern PQP tools and quality procedures; drive corrective actions for gaps.
• Perform MSA activities and support calibration compliance.
• Establish inspection reporting requirements and analyze inspection outcomes to drive improvements.
• Lead containment strategy and cross-functional root cause investigations (CAPA).
• Analyze site quality performance using SPC and KPI dashboards; drive improvement actions with stakeholders.
