ManpowerGroup is recruiting for a Quality Engineer with a global automotive client in Detroit, MI. The role supports Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Continuous Improvement teams to enhance quality and process stability in engine assembly.

Responsibilities include coordinating quality objectives, driving improvements with SPC, PFMEA, and GD&T/CMM techniques, and reading blueprints to uphold product quality standards in a hands-on plant setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2-4 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GD&T and CMM operations.
• Experience with SPC analysis, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and evaluate product quality standards.
