Job summary

You will work on quality initiatives, collaborate with multiple teams, and spend significant time on the production floor solving problems and implementing inspection methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical tools and quality methods to improve process quality and efficiency.
• Support the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns.
• Develop and implement inspection methods and procedures.
• Spend substantial time on the production floor with the team to identify improvements.
