Job summary

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field), 0–3 years of experience, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Other engineering degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• 0–3 years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Visa sponsorship will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools and quality engineering methods to improve process quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Support the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.
• Develop and implement inspection methods and procedures for products.
• Spend significant time on the production floor working with team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
