Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/test engineering experience in backend financial/regulated systems.
• Proficiency in Python with pytest for test automation.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and control testing.
• SOX/internal-controls testing experience including maker-checker workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional test plans for multi-step financial workflows.
• Validate complex financial calculations and reconcile data across layers using SQL queries.
• Translate requirements into executable test cases with engineers and control stakeholders.
• Test maker-checker workflows, RBAC, and SDA controls including negative cases via API testing.
• Test event-driven workflows and validate audit events with accurate timestamps and content.
