Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced quality specialist in New York to supervise ISO 9001:2015 compliance across sites and improve supplier quality. You will collaborate with engineering teams on regulatory and environmental requirements, address legacy and new product quality issues, and help identify trends with the RMA group.

The role requires 5+ years in quality, including 2+ years in supplier quality, strong communication, auditing experience, and Six Sigma/Lean proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, supply chain management or manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years' experience with at least 2 years in a supplier quality role.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Six Sigma/Lean skills.
• Significant experience in manufacturing auditing.
