Job summary

Jobtailor in Chandler, AZ seeks a Quality Systems Specialist to manage ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 audits, document control, and change management. The role focuses on driving supplier quality improvements and overseeing RMA processes from initiation to failure analysis.

The ideal candidate will have semiconductor industry familiarity, JEDEC/quality standards, and strong skills with Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Office. Excellent communication across divisions and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 audits and certifications.
• Familiarity with JEDEC standards, ISO 9901/14001, IATF 16949, automotive quality, SPC, and Cpk.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 audits and certifications annually.
• Lead QMS activities: document control, change management, MRB, and 8D problem solving.
• Manage compliance reports for REACH, RoHS, and conflict minerals.
• Drive supplier quality improvements with QBRs and supplier scorecards.
• Oversee customer RMA processes from initiation to failure analysis and reporting.
• Conduct supplier site audits and assessments.
• Monitor technology and product reliability reporting and trends.

Responsibilities

• Managing ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 yearly audits and certifications.
• Driving Quality Management Systems: Document Control, Change Management, MRB, 8D.
• Managing compliance reports (REAH/RoHS, conflict minerals).
• Driving Supplier Quality improvements (QBR, Supplier scorecard).
• Driving customer RMA process from initiation through failure analysis and final reports.
• Conducting supplier site audits.
• Managing technology and product reliability monitoring reporting activities.

Requirements

• Preference to candidates with Semiconductor industry experience: Fab process, Product Test, packaging reliability.
• Bachler’s degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science preferred.
• Familiarity with JEDEC standards, ISO 9901/14001, IATF 16949, automotive quality, SPC, Cpk.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with various internal company divisions and external suppliers & customers.
