Job summary

Avnet in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, collect data, and drive CAPA actions. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and operations to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, foundational knowledge of quality systems, and experience with Excel for data analysis. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or higher.
• Foundational knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ISO-based quality management systems, CAPA, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and improvement of manufacturing and business processes.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and process reviews.
• Help maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing defects and improving process performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
