Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of work experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean or equivalent quality standards.
• Ability to interface with internal teams, customers, suppliers and external certifying bodies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures processes and items comply with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean and related requirements.
• Manages the design and installation of testing equipment and product testing to minimize defects and failures.
• Reviews analyses and reports; recommends corrective actions or improvement plans as needed.
• Interfaces with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, third-party certifying bodies and other external stakeholders.
• Provides guidance for quality systems, tools, and root-cause analysis to support continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
