Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
Proficiency in SPC, RCA, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA).
Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
Perform product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality from concept to launch.
Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor process performance.
Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues to determine root causes and implement solutions.
