Qualifications

• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• AsQ certifications (CQE/CSSBB) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze production processes for quality improvements.
• Perform internal and external audits for QMS compliance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate quality into design and manufacturing.
• Maintain quality documentation, including specs, test plans, and reports.
