This role focuses on implementing robust quality systems, conducting root-cause investigations, and supporting new product introductions.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in manufacturing quality, knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949, and experience with SPC, FMEA, MSA, and measurement techniques.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Experience with metrology and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality improvements.
• Perform product inspections and audits to ensure specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support new product introductions.
• Maintain quality documentation including control plans, FMEAs, and inspection records.
