• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize SPC to monitor and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with design and production to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Perform internal and external audits for quality standards.
• Manage and resolve customer quality complaints and feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and problem-solving.
• Validate new product designs and manufacturing processes for QA.
