Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
3+ years in quality engineering within manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems.
Proficiency in SPC, root cause analysis, and quality tools.
Experience with CAPA and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality improvements.
Perform product inspections and audits to ensure specifications and standards.
Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, and work instructions.
