Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
Monitor and analyze production processes and product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, and work instructions.
