Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality customer requests and ensure product compliance with customer specifications and Excellerate requirements.

The role involves coordinating external customer audits, leading CAPA processes, and maintaining quality documentation across manufacturing readiness, with travel of 10–25% and a schedule that may extend beyond 7 AM–5 PM to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• Two (2) years of related industry experience is required; Five (5) years preferred.
• Travel: 10-25% depending on company needs.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may work outside these hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements and Excellerate standards.
• Ensure production process work instructions comply with specifications and standards.
• Approve changes and deviations from established guidance, including Engineering Change Orders.
• Lead and coordinate external customer audits and visits; act as quality point of contact for visits.
• Assist team with RFQs and other quality information as needed.
• Support and manage in-process audits to ensure compliance and identify gaps in manufacturing.
• Lead CAPA discussions and closure for product-related issues.
• Serve as primary customer contact for quality-related meetings and inquiries.
• Lead responses to customer quality concerns and manage complaints.
• Engage SMEs to address process concerns related to customer quality.
• Lead customer quality metrics and deviation communications.
• Lead CAPA development for repeat or systemic issues and ensure implementation.
• Provide feedback and documentation to customers as required.
• Create and maintain quality guidance for manufacturing readiness (Quality Plans).
• Maintain failure modes for inclusion in the FMEA and support Control Plan development.
