Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in the United States (Kansas) seeks a Quality Engineer to support quality customer requests and ensure product compliance to customer specifications and Excellerate requirements.

The role covers product compliance, customer service, manufacturing readiness, and continuous process improvement, including leading CAPA efforts and coordinating external customer audits, with travel up to 25% and a standard 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required.
• 2 years of related industry experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Travel: 10-25% depending on company needs.

Responsibilities

• Product Compliance: Ensure products comply with customer specifications, standards, regulatory requirements and Excellerate standards; approve changes and deviations; coordinate external customer audits; support RFQs and CAPA discussions.
• Customer Service: Serve as primary customer contact for quality meetings and audits; respond to complaints and inquiries; drive quality metrics and deviation communication.
• Manufacturing Readiness: Create quality guidance for manufacturing readiness; maintain FMEA inputs; develop Control Plan to align with specs and standards; ensure training includes customer specs.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Investigate Non-Conforming Material; analyze NCM trends; drive improvements with site engineers; lead CAPA for repeat or systemic issues.
• Performs other duties as required to support business.
