Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Quality Supervisor to act as the primary quality interface with customers and lead containment, root cause, corrective action, and audits.

You will ensure product compliance, manage supplier quality, and drive CAPA across manufacturing teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 2–5 years of related experience, travel up to 25%, and a schedule that aligns with production needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in related industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Travel: 10-25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer specs, industry standards, regulatory requirements and Excellerate standards.
• Lead product-related CAPA discussions and closure.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, and scorecard processes.
• Lead customer quality metrics reporting and response to quality concerns.
• Develop and maintain Quality Plans and Control Plans for manufacturing readiness.
